Living Shangri-La (by IGA/AGS Joint Venture Inc) – under construction 62 storey high building covered with three glazing systems – capped, 2SSG and 4SSG. Special feature – 24” x 24” luminescent panels projected 9” from a spandrel panel.

The podium (by AGS) has a high-span curtainwall that consist of 37ft tall mullion and horizontal feature caps.
