This project encompasses an entire block (precisely at Broadway and Granville). It is the new home for Chapters, Starbucks, the offices of the Vancouver School Board, and other retail and food establishments.

- 102CW-U two-sided structurally glazed curtainwall complete with custom designed, horizontal cover caps.
