Advanced Glazing Systems Ltd. uses the liquid resin system to laminate glass because of its many advantages over the conventional PVB interlayer system. These advantages include:

• Laminating a wide range of glass components into a product of your choice.
• Laminating patterned glass to meet safety standards.
• The resin-based laminated glass withstands severe outdoor weather without de-lamination.
• The resin is compatible with silicone glazing.
• Large glass size can be achieved with the resin system while the PVB interlayer system is restricted by the size of the autoclave.
• Sandblasted pattern and artwork can be sealed and preserved using this form of lamination.
  

The liquid resin system is a process of laminating two or more layers of glass by injecting polyester resin between the glass components. The cured resin creates a tight bonding between the glass components. We believe that using the liquid resin system will be most beneficial to our customers.
