Phase 2
The original building was extended seamlessly from the 23rd to 33rd floor. The original parapet caps, cladding to the mechanical penthouse were completely removed and temporarily stored until the new ‘crown’ was ready to be installed on the 33rd floor.

Pavilion
A high-span curtainwall with 32ft tall free-standing mullions.
